Mr. Edward Kang concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and intellectual property litigation. He represents corporations, financial institutions, partnerships, other business entities, and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of matters, including business and commercial disputes, construction disputes, securities law violations, patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation matters.

He represents clients from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, financial management, intellectual property asset management, e-commerce, banking, construction, and real estate. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in those industries in both federal and state court litigation.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York Bars.

Education

He graduated from Temple University and earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2001.
